This artisan Mortadella is made using selected cuts of pork meat and lard that are ground to a paste to which Sicilian pistachios are then added. The paste is subsequently stuffed into natural casings and cooked.
It it characterised by its vibrant pink colour, delicate aroma and sweet taste.
